The Waiting Game

I have to wait until Friday to hear from Campus France...ahhh! If I don't hear from them by then, then I have to call and make certain that things are in line. Good news! I got confirmation from the financial aid office at the U of M and my EFC went from $18,400 to $6,443!!! I am not sure exactly how much I will be receiving in grants, but this should mean that France is going to be super affordable. Alright!

Visa on the way...8/10ths of the way that is.

Money orders are easy. I went to Cub Foods and only paid $0.49 fee on a $60 money order. Now I have to send it to Campus France and hopefully I get a Visa...Alright!

Campus France Sucks!

So I waited until the last minute to start my Visa application for France, which I didn't think was waiting until the last minute because I still have over two months until I ship out, and now I have to deal with a website that is half English and half French that is as confusing as they come. I spent over two hours trying to figure things out and I still am not sure what is going on. This pre-departure stuff is rather trying.
